Sunday was a beautiful day in London with clear blue skies and Summer sun shining down on a city welcoming the warmer climates after a particularly cold and grey Winter. Wanting to capitalise on such a fine day, I headed out to run some errands and explore Battersea Park along with thousand of other Londoners. So I packed up my satchel, threw on some sunnies and headed out into a perfect Summer Sunday.
The outfit I put together was remarkably simple, incorporating both preppy and outdoor elements to provide a style suited to a day out in the city. The darker browns used in the watch, belt and boots gives a nice casual feel to the outfit where black might look too formal. The super-fitted shirt hugs the body nicely without feeling close and provides a trim silhouette, a theme that continues with the slim-fit jeans. Finally the clubmaster glasses and black satchel act as accents to help contrast the navy and white and giving classic elements to the look.
